Where to find vintage girls dresses in adult sizes...like sweet lolita?

I am looking for vintage girl dresses to fit an adult. I can't seem to find them anywhere...do they exist? I am looking for the ruffles, sailors outfits, mod, fun colors...etc. Any suggestions on where to find such a thing? Often times I have seen sweet lolita sites that have close items, but they are very expensive and not truly the style I am going for.
