Where Can I find LOLITA FASHION For A Reasonable Price?

I know that cheap lolita is never good quality... I just can't afford to buy $100 dresses. Imm just starting out in the world of lolita and I would like some advice on any way I can buy a good number of outfits... without the crazy costs. Imm not picky about the style... it can be sweet, gothic, punk, classic... just not cosplay. And I need to be able to wear it to school without getting dress code. I can't really sew either, but imma try that once I get into the style. Any way you can help is fantastic. (Just don't lecture mee please, but any advice and wisdom is welcome!!) THANK YOU!!!!!
