Lolita fashion help please?

hey guys and gals i'm in the market for a little lolita fashion. unfortunately i have two problems. the first is im a little bigger than the "traditional" asian. im 5'7" , 135 lbs, 30 in hips 18 in waist 34d boobs. so you see my issues. second, i am a bargain buyer and not willing to shell out $300 dollars for a dress that's only ONE part of an outfit. and help/ suggestions?
