Why does Palestinian Authority pay 4,000 shekels a month to anyone who kills a Jew?

I would like to know just where you picked up this rubbish. and who said it was even a Palestinian that murdered that family . Jews also kill only in far greater numbers. How about 1,400 in just 23 days and that figure includes 340 young children and babies. Lets all see a link where it says the PA pay to murder Jews. If you want to down that road do the IDF work for nothing ?
