Although there is an entire list of shops and shopping services for lolita on hello-lace.net, I suggest posting a WTB (that is, a "want to buy") request on the egl community sales if you can't find anything there (or Primark for that matter). EGL_comm_sales is a livejournal community where lolitas from all over the world sell, trade, and commission their frilly clothes and accessories. You can also refine your search by letting everyone know that you need it in a certain size, within a spending limit, and even within the E.U/UK.
