What could I write a manga comic/graphic novel about?

I have a keen interest in manga and anime, and would like to write a short comic/graphic novel, except I don't know what to write it about. I love drawing gothic lolita stuff and vampires, mainly dark things, except I am conscious that there is quite a few books out there already about vampires and stuff, so what should I write one about?
