Im drafted for the army what exercises should i do?

IDF has mandatory service requirements, even the females have to serve 2 years. Believe it or not, but the US military is not the only one people have questions about on here!! I don't know if we're the only all-volunteer military in the world, but most other countries have conscription in order to maintain full citizen rights and privileges
